keeps us from the stark reality

the world seemed rose- tinted
and angels appeared to descend
to my surprise
with half-closed eyes
things looked even better
than when they were opened

Hviezda na oblohe
napovedá moju púť
viem, že pri mesačnom žiari
nastane moje oslobodenie

ktosi mi chce ublížiť
stisnem si uši
radšej nemyslím na strach
náhle zažmurkám
a svet zdá byť úplne skvelý
v diaľke sa zjavujú anjeli
na moje prekvapenie
aj s polootvorenými očami
svet vyzerá lepšie
než by som ich dokorán otvoril

ktorá by nás spasila
už všetko temné
nás ochraňuje od krutej skutočnosti
